CONSTITUTION:The ground lever or a multiplexer or an input port set to a specific value is selected and is connected to an output port in a step S21, and data is read in from the output port of the multiplexer and is stored in the same area as a random access memory area, where data is stored at the time of servo operation, and the same operation is executed as the same area as a random access memory area used for servo operation in steps S22 to S25, and operation results in steps S22 to S25 are compared with a prescribed set value in a step S26.</p> |
