PURPOSE:To relax or lose remarkably bitterness and an offensive aftertaste which are held in KCl by dissolving KCl in water and thereafter evaporating water content. CONSTITUTION:After dissolving KCl for a food product which is separated from rock salt, purified and has >=99% purity in potable water having >=65ppm mineral content or distilled water or deionized water regulated to >=140mus/cm electric conductivity by adding mineral ion and/or organic acid, amino acid or its salt, the water content is evaporated by performing the evaporation to dryness, the spray-drying, the vacuum evaporation or the hot-air drying. |
