<p>PURPOSE: To obtain an apparatus for coating a labeling or identification recording sheet tightly with a thermoplastic resin film by heat-laminating a film onto a record. CONSTITUTION: The heat-laminating apparatus comprises pairs of inlet rollers 12, 13 and outlet rollers 16, 17, a pair of opposite plates 24, 25 for heating a sandwich of sheet material being fed into the apparatus for heat-lamination, and means 30, 31 disposed oppositely to bias a heating plate in order to hold it through contact with the sandwich of sheet material wherein the bias is larger at the inlet than at the outlet.</p> |
