PURPOSE: To obtain a powdery stabilized chlorodeoxysugar sweetener compsn. consisting of a chlorodeoxysugar deriv. and a stabilizer foaming a stable mixture with the deriv., excellent in stability and suitable for use in chewing gum, etc. CONSTITUTION: This powdery stabilized chlorodeoxysugar sweetener compsn. consists of a chlorodeoxysugar deriv., preferably a chlorodeoxysucrose deriv. and/or a chlorodeoxylactosucrose deriv. and a stabilizer capable of forming a uniform mixture with the deriv., preferably cellulose BW-300, calcium carbonate, dicalcium phosphate, CMC, starch and/or mannitol. |
