<p>PURPOSE:To solve the problem of information processing generated newly from both processes being compounded, in order to eliminate the loss on the physical distribution and information generated between conventional work process and assembly process. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 2 outputs to a cell controller 4 the assembly instruction of a structure part information, delivery, etc., based on the production plan information fed from an EDP 1. The cell controller 4 converts into an ID tag format, writing into an ID tag 6 from a R/W head 7, on the part necessary for work in the assembly components part. Now the part assembled on the work process is indicated as well, and assembly is made to be executed simultaneously with the work as well. In a transfer line 5, parts are mounted by the irrespective jig on a pallet 20, and moved together with the information of the ID tag 6. When the pallet 20 reaches the standby position of each process, the R/W head 7 installed on each process reads the information of the ID tag 6, a decoding controller 9 decodes it and the work is started.</p> |
