摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain high redundancy as a filament contact compounded in high density by orienting fibers of a pultruded composite member wherein a large number of small diameter conductive fibers are provided in a polymer matrix in the axial direction of the member to continue them from one end of the member to the other end thereof and forming one end of the member into a fibrilated brush structure. CONSTITUTION: Since a moving photosensitive belt 10 has a traversing joint, the pultruded part 29 of an earth brush is formed into a V-shape and a composite member wherein a large number of small diameter conductive fibers are provided in a polymer matrix is formed. These fibers are oriented in parallel to the axial direction of the member to continue from one end of the member to the other end thereof in order to prepare a large number of latent electric contacts at the respective end parts of the member and a pultruded composite member having a densely distributed filament contact as a brush structure comprising a large number fibrilated fibers at one end thereof is included. The end parts of fibers terminating in the brush structure form an electrical contact surface to be guided to a part forming the electrical contact with other part.
