PURPOSE:To reduce traffic and to effectively utilize radio resource by providing areas recording the history of data of a non-base code, etc., for respective moving terminals and permitting a radio telephone exchange to execute a call processing in an operation procedure with a high response potential. CONSTITUTION:In the radio telephone exchange 10 receiving an incoming call, a control part 12 fetches the terminal number of an incoming destination from reception data and reads a last response/call base code, date and time from the corresponding terminal number area of a terminal position data storage area 14. The control part 12 compares having read time with present time. At the time of the incoming call within n-minutes, a last communicated radio base station and a peripheral base station fetched by retrieving a peripheral base data storage area 15 from the code of the base station are partially called. When there is a response within P-seconds for the call, the control part 12 updates the base code, date and time in the area 14. Thus, the traffic of the radio control channel can be reduced since the call of a registration signal is eliminated. |
