<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a powder vacuum heat insulating body which is light in weight and inexpensive and simple in structure. CONSTITUTION:Powder bodies 14 are filled up between a pair of opposite wall bodies 11, 12, and this powder body filling up portion is subjected to vacuum exhaust and baking treatment. As for powder bodies 14, sepiolite is used which is sintered and solidified or consolidated by becoming ceramic, due to heat at that time. As powder bodies are consolidated, they function as a back up material, and the occurrence of buckling due to atomospheris pressure can be prevented.</p> |
