摘要

The fibre-reinforced malleable semi-product, containing a thermoplastic polymer and giving a needle bonded fabric, is composed of at least two layers of which one is drawn and oriented continuous filaments with a max. material weight of 300 g/m2. At least one layer is of unoriented fibres. The weight ratio of the layers A:B is from 80:20 to 40:60. The building-up of the layers is pref. in the sequence ABAB, ABABAB or ABABABAB. The resulting semi-product has layer A on its outer surface.
