PURPOSE:To observe an organic sample without changing a form or contaminating the sample. CONSTITUTION:An airtight chamber 9 with a main body 1 to be housed inside and gas passages 13,14 for substituting atmospheric gas are provided so that the atmospheric gas in the chamber can be substituted by exhaustion of the gas and gas supply from a gas source while a part or an entire part of an outer wall of the chamber 9 is transparent and also operation gloves are provided.
