PURPOSE:To enable partial correction of a drawing by means of an input from a keyboard by encoding image data. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of a document preparing device 1 composed of a keyboard 2, a display part 3 and an optical data reading pen 7, a control part 5 displaying information inputted through the keyboard 2 and the optical data reading pen 7 on the display part 3, and a flexible disk device. The optical image of an original read through the reading part of the optical data reading pen 7 is converted into bit image data and written into a memory. Thus, by converting the image data into character codes and making them uniform with the character codes from the keyboard 2, the document coexisting with character and drawing can be corrected through the keyboard. |
