PURPOSE:To prevent cutting chips and unvulcanized rubber from adhesion, by improving a mold releasing property. CONSTITUTION:An uneven layer 16 is formed at the part excepting the edge tip 12 of a cutter 10, and a silicon high polymer layer 14 is formed on the uneven layer 16. The mean roughness Ra of the uneven layer 16 is in 1mum-20mum, and the mean interval of adjacent projection parts is in 20mum-1000mum. The silicon oil content of the silicon high polymer layer 14 is <=10%, the surface tension is <=32dyn/cm. |
