PURPOSE: To increase hardness and enhance corrosion-proof and strength for frequent lugging/unplugging by adding one kind of element which forms tin and mixed crystal or a metal layer on a surface-coating layer. CONSTITUTION: Each plug element, that is, a plug-shell and a plug, consists of a basic material coated with tin or alloys of tin. The basic material of each plug element to be connected has an alloyed surface coating layer coated by molten fluid method, the alloy includes tin, lead and a little deoxidized additive, and additive for manufacturing. Furthermore, at least one kind of element of a group which consists of silver, aluminum, silicon, copper, magnesium, iron, nickel, manganese, zinc, zirconium, antimony, rhodium, palladium, platinum, in all including less than 10weight%. This enables improvement in hardness of the coating materials. |
