<p>PURPOSE:To quickly detect an abnormal state that occurred suddenly to an input signal by reducing the loss time as much as possible. CONSTITUTION:A synchronization control circuit contains a synchronizing pattern detection circuit 2 which detects a prescribed synchronizing pattern out of an input signal, an abnormal pattern detection circuit 6 which detects an abnormal pattern out of the input signal, a synchronization protecting circuit 3 which decides the synchronous and asynchronous states according to the synchronizing pattern detection output 4 given from the circuit 2, and an abnormal state detection circuit 9 which detects an abnormal state based on the signal (synchronizing state flag output 5) showing the synchronous state of the circuit 3, the signal (synchronizing pattern timing pulse 8) showing the time when the synchronizing pattern is inputted, the abnormal pattern detection output 7 of the circuit 6.</p> |
