PURPOSE:To obtain the above thermal recording medium which is less susceptible of the deterioration of whiteness or recording density, even if exposed to a high temperature such as 100 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:The subject medium is composed of a recording layer containing a colorless or pale-colored basic dye and a developer which develops a color through a chemical reaction with said dye, formed on a support. The basic dye used is 3-di(n-butyl)amino-7-(o-chlorophenylamino) fluoran, and the developer used is 2,4'-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone. |
