<p>PURPOSE:To accurately rum a tape and to eliminate the need of an azimuth adjustment and also to facilitate the assembly work of a tape deck by forming a tape guide part integrally with a head mount base. CONSTITUTION:The head mount base 3 is formed integrally with a head guide part 2 and the tape guide part 7 respectively. The tape guide part 7 is a groove part 7a partitioned by an upright side wall and a slant side wall, and the width A of the groove part 7a is finished with high accuracy in view of the width of the tape 8, and synthetic resins, etc., can be used for its material. Thus, since the tape guide part 7 is integrated with the mount base 3, the positional relationship of a magnetic head 1 to the head guide part 2 is unequivocally decided. As a result, the tape 8 is accurately transported for the head 1 only by fitting work of the mount base 3 to a moving chassis, and the azimuth adjustment is omitted.</p> |
