发明名称 PURIFICATION OF AMINO PEPTIDASE
摘要 A method for purifying aminopeptidase from the fermented broth of Vibrio proteolyticus comprises: (a) filtering the fermented broth with membrane (pore size is 0.1 μm), concentrating and centrifuging to obtain the precipitate; (b) dissolving the precipitate in the zinc sulfate-contg. buffer soln. and heat-treating at 50-70 deg.C for 7-12 hrs.; (c) purifying the heat-treated soln. by gel filtration, anion exchange chromatography and hydrophobic chromatography to obtain the final product. The obtd. aminopeptidase is useful for the prodn. of foods, medicine etc..
