PURPOSE: To enhance the characteristics of two-component developing technique and noncontact one-component developing technique by providing a developing device with a housing obtained by forming a chamber in order to store supply developer consisting of carrier and toner. CONSTITUTION: The developing device 32 developing a latent image recorded on a photoconductive member is provided with the housing 64 having the chamber 65 for storing the supply developer, a carrying roller 70, a donor roller 78 and a developing roller 76. Besides, the developer is constituted of the carrier and the toner. Then, the developer is carried to the roller 76 and the toner is carried to the roller 78 by the roller 70. Besides, the toner is carried to the photoconductive member from the roller 76 and the roller 78 in order to develop the latent image. |
