PURPOSE: To provide a method linking the data when the data forming a data division to plural frames, a block of (p) frames and a group of (n) blocks, synchronizing a data frame with a sub-code frame by using an information division beforehand recorded on a disk and encoded by a special encoding method using a CIRC type error correction system are recorded on a recording type optical disk. CONSTITUTION: This method is constituted so that three redundant blocks preceding respective groups of the n blocks, that is, a line block RIN, first dummy block and second dummy block DM1, DM2 preceding it are arranged, and further, two redundant blocks succeeding respective groups of the (n) blocks, that is, a run-out block ROUT and a third dummy block DM3 succeeding it are arranged, and the lengths of three redundant blocks when the disk is written are made sufficiently long. The method is applied particularly to a record type CD. |
