PURPOSE:To enable an IC housed in a case to be dropped and smoothly fed by a roller provided to a transfer surface when the containing case is set at a feeding section by a method wherein a rotating roller is provided to the sloped IC transfer surface on a containing case table where the containing case is mounted. CONSTITUTION:A housing case 23 which contains ICs 1 is mounted on a containing case table 6 making its opening grooves and IC takeout openings 2 face downward. A roller unit 5 provided with rollers which make the ICs 1 slide smoothly is set on the upside of the containing case table 6. The rollers 4 are made to come into contact with the ICs partially protruding through the opening grooves of the containing case 3. As mentioned above, as the rollers 4 are provided at an IC sliding surface, the ICs 1 slide over the rollers 4 and are remarkably lessened in friction coefficient while they are sliding. The roller unit 5 is provided independent of the containing case table 6, so that it can be easily and optionally replaced taking the size and the slip property of an IC package into consideration. |
