PURPOSE:To realize the cipher method of mobile body communication in which a time-compressed signal is superimposed on a time slot of frame structure. CONSTITUTION:A gate exchange 20 selects at least one radio base station in charge of communication from lots of radio base stations 30 able to communicate a mobile radio equipment 100 and the position of a time slot using the radio base station in charge is revised according to the sequence decided for each frame. Since a 3rd party not knowing the revision order at a position of a time slot for each frame cannot receive the signal, high ciphering performance is realized. |
