PURPOSE:To offer a photovoltaic device, which is provided with superior characteristics and a sufficient flexibility, along with the manufacturing method of the device; in which, in the case of photoelectric conversion elements having a flexibility, it is difficult that a multitude of sheets of the photoelectric conversion elements are used in combination with each other, because they have this flexibility, and a reduction in a photoelectric conversion efficiency due to the combination and a problem of a reduction in the flexibility are normally caused, but the device is manufactured using the elements having such the flexibility. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric conversion part (2) which is smaller than and formed on an insulating film (1) having a flexibility is affixed to this film (1) and a plurality of sheets of photoelectric conversion elements (3) are mechanically coupled using parts, which are made to protrude from this conversion part, of said insulating film as margin parts (4) to paste up. |
