PURPOSE:To show clearly the mutual relation between pieces of temperature information which are outputted in mutually different form by recording a start signal which indicates the sampling timing of a temperature pattern signal while superposing it on a trained output side. CONSTITUTION:Light obtained by scanning on a body to be measured is converted by a sensor 10 into a corresponding electric signal, which is supplied to an emissivity correcting circuit 11. A signal after being corrected by the emissivity correcting circuit 11 is supplied to a linearizing circuit 12 to correct its linearity and then supplied to a sample and hold circuit 13. Its hold result (trained signal S6) is supplied to the 1st input terminal 14a of an adding circuit 14 and is added to a signal (start signal S9 or zero signal) supplied to the 2nd input terminal 14b, and the sum signal is supplied to the 1st input terminal 17a of a recorder 17 and the 1st input terminal 18a of a display circuit 18 through an amplifier 15 and the 1st output terminal 16 successively in series. |
