The uneven irregular synthetic fiber multifilament which reproduces artificially uneven, irregular cross-section, variety of elongation and strength seen in silk yarn is a multifilament that is made of thermoplastic polyester resins and composed of monofilaments whose cross-section variation rate is 20-30 %, shape coefficient of cross-section 0.5-0.7, elongation variation rate 20-40 % and strength a riation rate below 20 %. The final multifilament which is reproduced touch seen in silk yarn has elongation 40-80 % and strength above 3.8 g/d.
