<p>PURPOSE:To heighten reliability by surely detecting an unstable abnormal state such as a short-circuit due to peeling-off by means of a self-diagnostic function. CONSTITUTION:In the switch device of a membrane construction, when contact of a conductive pattern 6 with both of the conductive patterns 3 and 4 is detected, an ON signal is outputted by judging that normal ON operation is performed. When the conductive pattern 6 comes in contact with only one of the conductive patterns 3 and 4, it is judged that an abnormal state such as a short-circuit due to peeling-off is generated so as to send out an alarm signal.</p> |
