MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF FULL-AROMATIC POLYAMIDE FIBER

摘要

The preparing method of wholly aromatic polyamide fiber with excellent physical properties comprises; solubilization of aromatic diamine and aromatic diacid chloride of 7-17 wt.% per solvent into amide solvent of inorganic salt and tertiary amine to make liquid crystalline prepolymer solution with intrinsic viscosity 1.0-3.0, extruding them through spinneret of spinning block with 0.9-5 m/sec., while contacting the extruded prepolymer solution with molecular polymerization accelerating solvent which amounts 1/3 - 1.5 times as much as prepolymer and fed into the block later than or same as latter with contact angle of 10-600 at the orifice with diameter of 0.07-2.0 mm and winding.
