The state change automatic detecting circuit of micro- processor control system comprises: a buffer (10) adjusting the external signal to the system for protecting the system from external signal, a data latch part (20) operating the data of buffered signal, a generator (30) for generating the comparison pulse with a constant time intervals, a state comparator (40) outputting the state change as the interrupt signal by comparing the pre-state data with the new data at constant time intervals, a micro-processor processing the information by inputting the output signal of the state comparator (40) and the latch data.
