A method for filling voids, especially post-mining voids consisting in filling voids with dry or hydraulic packing. The method is distinctive in that along with dry or hydraulic packing it also introduces fine-fraction material, particularly industrial waste, to be used as a filler of inter-grain spaces of the packing. The fine-fraction material is delivered as a mixture with water or concentrated aqueous solutions of substances contained in a deposit or as dry mass, in latter case by means of compressed air, its amount preferably corresponding to the volume of free spaces in the packing material.
