PURPOSE:To enable an easy opening or closing and obviate any adjustment by a method wherein a cam hook part is engaged with an opening of a receiving fitting fixed to a front panel, each of the cam, a connecting rod and a lever is connected to each other, a handle is arranged at an extremity end of the lever and the hook is removably connected around a supporting point using a pulling spring. CONSTITUTION:When a front panel 6 is opened and a filter 7 is taken out without having any dust being dispersed, the front panel 6 is changed from its closed state to its opened state. At this time, a handle part 19 is manually pulled down, a hook part 12 is disengaged from an upper end of an opening 10 around a supporting point 13 and at the same time a connecting rod 16 and a lever 17 become substantially in a linear line and a spring 21 is forcedly extended. An extremity end of a cam 14 is abutted on a part of a receiving fitting 11 and the panel 6 is opened. In this way, the filter 7 is pulled out at the central part after opening the front panel 6, resulting in that it becomes possible to prevent the dusts from being dispersed. |
