PURPOSE:To collect concentrically traffic information provided to an exchange or observation device by receiving traffic information sent by a different transfer system and in different internal expression form from the observation device which is arranged as part of an exchange or provided outside the exchange, and transferring it to a host device through a unified interface. CONSTITUTION:Traffic information from a DEX exchange 1 is received through a signal line 12 by a common line signal transfer system NO.7 and stored in a DEX information reception and storage processing part 4. Information converted by a DEX information conversion processing part 5 is extracted by an exchange unit information addition processing part 8 through a signal line 14 and information to which exchange unit information is added is transmitted by an information transmission processing part 9 to the host device 10 by a CCITT X.25 rotation system as the unified interface of a traffic data control system. |
