PURPOSE:To relieve the load of a mobile body exchange and to reduce the hand-over time by deciding whether or not a handover destination object radio zone is in its own base station controller and selecting a radio zone in its own base station controller as the handover destination object radio zone with priority. CONSTITUTION:The above system is provided with base station controllers 2-1,2-2 controlling plural radio zones and a mobile body exchange 1 controlling plural sets of controllers of base stations. The controller in the base station is provided with a discrimination function discriminating whether or not plural handover destination object radio zones in existence in the base station controller are radio zones in its own base station controller and a selection function selecting the radio zone in its own base station controller discriminated to be the handover destination object radio zone with priority. Then whether or not the handover destination object radio zone is the radio zone is its own base station controller is discriminated and the radio zone in its own base station controller discriminated to be the handover destination object radio zone is selected with priority. Thus, the load of the exchange is relieved and the time is reduced. |
