PURPOSE:To settle a leading of an output signal after start of power supply in a short time by using a voltage from a voltage generating circuit for a signal level comparison reference voltage of a waveform conversion circuit section and a bias voltage of a low pass active filter circuit. CONSTITUTION:A voltage generating circuit 15 extracting and sending a DC bias voltage of a detection signal is provided to a receiver and the voltage from the voltage generating circuit 15 is used for a bias voltage of a low pass active filter circuit 15a and/or a signal level comparison reference voltage of a waveform conversion circuit section 12. Thus, the pulse width of an output signal is not deviated from a substantial pulse width and the leading of the output signal after start of power supply is settled in a short time. Thus, a problem that it takes much time till a regular waveform shaping signal is outputted after power is supplied is avoided. |
