摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce a power supply current per unit time at a high speed and to make a power supply voltage stable by adding an output compensation capacitance for power supply stabilization to an input and output terminal of an input and output circuit. CONSTITUTION:An input output circuit consists of output transistors(TRs) 3, 4, a TR to assist the TRs 3, 4 for charging or discharging a load capacitor 8 and a compensation capacitor 7. A level to be outputted next (inverting data) is charged slowly in a compensation capacitor 7 and when the input is inverted to invert an output, the load circuit 8 at the output terminal 2 is charged or discharged from both the output TRs 3, 4 and the compensation capacitor 7 to quicken the trailing of the level or a change in the trailing and the current flowing to the output TRs connecting to a power supply 5 is decreased. Thus, the output is changed at a high speed and the power supply current per unit time is reduced and the power supply voltage is made stable.</p>
