PURPOSE:To make case insertion easy by wrapping a pole plate group in a synthetic resinous bag, and reducing inside pressure. CONSTITUTION:A pole plate group 4 is put into a resinous bag 6, and pressure is reduce from a pressure reduction port 7. Since pole plates are formed of strong solid bodies of lead powder, influence is not exerted thereupon, but a separator 3 is formed of nonwoven fabric of glass fiber so that it is influenced by pressure, and becomes thin. According to strength of reducing pressure, the pole plate 4 can be made thinner easily than inside dimension of a battery case 5, so that insertion can be simplified. |
