An apparatus for amplifying clocked electrical measuring signals, which are acted upon by a relatively high direct interference voltage and are fed to an analog-to-digital converter, is designed in such a manner that it is possible therewith, by using an analog-to-digital converter having a relatively low resolving power, to arrive at accurate measured values. For this purpose, according to the invention, a signal is added to the consecutive, oppositely directed measuring signals affected by the direct interference voltage, the signal being obtained from the preceding measuring signal and being inverse thereto.
