PURPOSE:To form high-quality reverberation sounds of a high density by convoluting an input signal into plural reflected sound groups by convolutional computation, forming the reverberation sounds in accordance with the preset coefft. therein and subjecting these sounds to processing of addition, expansion, output control, and direct sound addition. CONSTITUTION:The analog input signal is subjected to the removal of high-frequency components by an input signal LPF(low-pass filter) 2 and is in succession converted to a digital signal by an AD converting means 3. This signal is inputted to a reflected sound group forming means 5. The input signal is convoluted into plural pieces of the reflected sound groups in the reflected sound group forming means 5 and the results thereof are impressed to a reverberation sound forming means 6 and a reverberation sound forming means 7. The reverberation sound forming means 6, 7 form the reverberation sounds from the reflected sound groups inputted in accordance with the reverberation sound forming coefft. discretely set by a coefft. memory 17.
