PURPOSE:To prevent the sticking of an electrifying member and a body to be electrified, the soiling of the electrifying member, and the filming of the body to be electrified by regulating the binding resin of toner, adding a specific fluidizing improver to the toner, and further, regulating the particle size distribution of the toner. CONSTITUTION:The nonmagnetic toner contains a polyester resin incorporating a nonmagnetic colorant and the fluidizing improver. The polyester resin whose oxidation is <=5mgKOH/g is used for a polyester system resin particle. In order, words the oxidation is reduced, so that a carboxyl group in the polyester resin is reduced, and electrification under low humidity is reduced, to improve transfer and cleaning properties. As the fluidizing improver, silica particulates body is processed with a silane coupling agent having the positive and negative triboelectrifying parts, and further, the silica fine powder processed with silicone oil. The dosage of the silica fine powder is 0.01-5%, preferably, 0.05-2%, with respect to toner wight. |
