PURPOSE:To easily adjust an optical axis with high precision by individually adjusting the variation of the angle and positional deviation of an optical axis by moving a lens for making parallel beams and a corner cube, thereby facilitating control at the time of adjustment. CONSTITUTION:Beams passed collimator lenses 1, 2, pass a splitter 4, the angle change is detected at a diode 5, and the lens 1 is moved to an optical axis via an angle variation detecting circuit 7. Meantime, the beam reflected at the splitter 4 is incident on the corner cube 6, and the amount of the movement to a two-dimensional direction is detected by a means 8, 9, to detect a moving position. Then, the outgoing light of the cube 6 is divided at the splitter 11, one part is incident on the diode 12 to detect the positional deviation of the optical axis, and controls a driving mechanism 6A by a servo circuit 14. Also, the other part is made as an exposed light for recording via the collimator lenses 16, 17. In such a manner, by individually adjusting the angle variation and the positional deviation of the optical axis, the adjustment of the optical axis is facilitated with the high precision. |
