Thermoplastics moulding compsn. contains (w.r.t. A+B) (A) 5-95 (wt.)% resin(s) consisting of (a1) 8-12C vinylaromatic monomer(s), (a2) alpha,beta-unsatd. dicarbonyl monomer(s) and (a3) elastomer(s) (rubber) and (B) 95-5% polyamide(s). The novelty is that resin (A) is obtd. by grafting (a1) to an unmodified resin in the presence of a3, then modification in the melt at 120-280 deg.C in the presence of a2, using the monomers in such amts. that A consists of 97-50% a1, 0.05-10% a2 and 3-50% a3.
