Two cylindrical parts enclose between them the key groove and are connected by a flat strip to form a cylindrical housing. In one part, a rotatably mounted cylindrical core is secured by key-operated holding pins. The core has an additional holding recess for engagement by a holding bolt of an e.m. holder with an armature, a coil and a resetting spring. The e.m. holder (8) is fitted in the inner region of the strip (1) adjacent to the key gap and laterally next to holding pins (4) and their bearing bores. The holder with the armature (12), coil, and resetting spring (14) of the holder are pref. fitted in an inserting housing (9) in a flat recess (15) in the strip of the cylinder housing.
