摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To constitute the title device so that a vessel main body can be taken out smooth from within a bottom force and simultaneously with thermoforming a flange part can be molded in a fixed thickness, by a method wherein a flange press is arranged movably freely within a top force and a bottom force is made splitable freely into two. CONSTITUTION:Preheated plastic laminated material 30 is transferred to a space between a top and bottom forces 21, 31 and pressed and held between the undersurface 21a of the top force 21 and the top surface 36 of the bottom force 31. Then pressure air is introduced into the top force 21, a driving plate 28a of a flange press 28 is pressed downward and abuts against a shoulder part 29 of the top force 21, through which a flange part 15 is molded into a fixed thickness between the flange press 28 and the top surface 36 of the bottom force 31. Then a plug 22 is lowered and entered within the bottom force 31. Simultaneously with the above a belly part 14a of the vessel main body 14 and the bottom part 14b are thermoformed by blowing off compressed air through a plug 22 side. Continuously, two members 31a, 31b of the bottom force 31 are divided into two by oscillation centering round a turning shaft 35 and the vessel main body 14 is taken off from within the bottom force 31.</p>
