PURPOSE:To improve productivity, and to obtain a lined pipe having stable quality by a method wherein a synthetic resin pipe is inserted into a metallic pipe, the diameter of the metallic pipe is reduced, the metallic pipe is fast stuck, and the synthetic resin pipe is heated instantaneously by induction heat, and cooled by immediately using a refrigerant. CONSTITUTION:The outer surface of a synthetic resin pipe 1 is coated with hot melt adhesives, and the pipe 1 is inserted into the pipe of a metallic pipe 2. The metallic pipe 2 is forwarded to a roll diameter reducer 14 and draw- worked by a plurality of rolls in the device, and the diameter of the metallic pipe 2 is reduced at room temperature. The metallic pipe 2 is moved forward in the forward direction (the direction of the arrow A) and passed in an induction heater 16, the induction-heated by the device 16 on the passage. The metallic pipe 2 is advanced only at a specified distance up to a water paint coater 17, and the surface of the metallic pipe 2 is coated with water paints in the device. The pipe 2 is finished to a lined pipe 2' under a specified state through cooling. The lined pipe 2' is transferred finally up to an automatic packer 18, and packaged automatically by said device. |
