<p>PURPOSE:To allow the spray painting by an automatic painting machine or manual spraying in a fresh air zone by adopting a solvent reusing system to circulate a part of the exhaust air from a painting booth body via a circulating fan and to feed the air again into the inside of a painting chamber. CONSTITUTION:The oversprayed coating material which is sprayed by the automatic painting machine or manual spraying in the fresh air zone 11 ion the painting chamber 6 is sucked from a water tank 8 in the lower part of the painting booth body 1 by the circulating fan 3 and is subjected to the removal of solid contents by a coating material mist capturing device 7. The exhaust air contg. the solvent is supplied again into circulating air zone 10 and the solvent concentration is increased the circulating air is partly sucked by a deodorizing fan 4 and is deodorized by a deodorizing device 5. On the other hand, the fresh air is supplied by a fresh air fan 2 into the painting chamber 6 and sprayed from nozzle 13 mounted to a ceiling to a reciprocator for the automatic painting or manual spray worker in the painting chamber 6. The quantity of the deodorizing air is drastically decreased in this way.</p> |
