PURPOSE:To perform perfect forming by constituting a bottomed open container to a crater-like shape, with the bottom surface being constituted of a conductive and permeable material or a permeable material. CONSTITUTION:Lead wire terminals connected with lead wires arranged through the inside bottom surface of a bottom open container 1 and an electrode jig 5 put on the outside bottom surface of the container 1 are provided and the jig 5 is brought into contact with the anode of a power source 6. At the same time, the aluminum flat sections 3 of the lead wire terminals are dipped in a forming liquid 8 connected with the cathode of the power source 6 for forming. The container 1 is formed to a crater-like shape 2 and at least its bottom surface is constituted of a material containing a conductive and permeable materials or a permeable material. Therefore, voltages can be surely applied across the lead wire terminals and the variation of the produced state of dielectric oxide films can be reduced. |
