PURPOSE:To make a small-size stepless transmission device and improve its reliability in operation by a method wherein a pump device is used as a speed sensor means and an output from the pump device is fed to a transmission cylinder device to perform a control operation for its acceleration or deceleration. CONSTITUTION:To one end of the transmission cylinder device 31 is installed a speed sensing pump device 40 for producing a pressure corresponding to a rotation of the output member 19. In the casing 41 of the pump device 40 is formed an inner hole 42 which is eccentric with respect to an axis of the transmission device. In the inner hole are stored an outer rotor 43 having the number of (n) of the inner contact teeth and an innner rotor 44 having the number of (n-1) of the outer contact teeth. The inner rotor 43 is engaged on a driving shaft 46 mounted on the output member 19. In a side surface of the casing are formed both a suction port 48 and a discharge port 50 which are used for suctioning and discharging lubricant oil, and in a side plate 45 is formed a passage 51 communicating with the cylinder device 31. |
