PURPOSE:To contrive to make uniform the flow of a resin into each cavity by a method wherein pot connecting paths to connect pots to each other are provided, the connecting paths are shut off until the resin is put in the cavities to some degree and the connecting paths are released when the resin is put in the cavities to some degree. CONSTITUTION:Shut-off pins 70 for shutting off resin paths in pot connecting paths 14a are respectively provided at the positions of the respective middles of the paths 14a to connect adjacent pots 14 to each other so as to be able to shut off the paths 14a. When a molten resin is pushed out in cavities by plungers 16 through pots 14, the paths 14a are shut off by shut-off release mechanism 70 on the paths 14a in the initial period of time of the start of resin filling, the resin flows from each pot to the cavity installed previously in the respective pots, each cavity is filled, the resin is put in each cavity to some degree and the paths 14a are released by the mechanism 70. Thereby, the pressing forces of the plungers are equally applied to each cavity and the resin can be equally put in each cavity. |
