<p>PURPOSE:To uniformly heat the inside of a filtering tank and to prevent the generation of damage by connecting the space between a pouring gate and a drain hole in a filtering tank by a conductor having a blower and an electric heating apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A pouring gate 7 and a drain hole 8 in a filtering tank 1 are connected by a conductor 23 having an optional diameter. The inside of the conductor 23 is provided with a blower 24, and forced convection is generated. Furthermore, it is provided with an electric heating apparatus 25. Before the pouring of the molten metal, the blower 24 is rotated, and warm wind of about 600 deg.C is connected by the electric heating apparatus 25 to warm the inside of the filtering tank 1 every nock and corner on the average. In this way, the damage of the apparatus caused by the homogeneous expansion of each part can be prevented.</p> |
