<p>PURPOSE:To enable the aligned conveyance of confectionary dough by conveying the confectionary dough taken out of bake molds in the state of being aligned by an aligning means, reversing it so as to be transferred in the reversed state onto conveyor mechanism for further conveyance. CONSTITUTION:Confectionary dough 11 baked by an automatic confectionary dough baking machine 22 moves in the state of being held in a lower mold by opening the upper and lower molds of a bake mold 28 by the action of a guide rail 26 and a feed rail 27, and is sucked by the suction body 34 of a suction device 33 so as to be placed on first conveyor mechanism 1. The confectionary dough 11 on the first conveyor mechanism 1 is aligned in the state of the groove 12 of the confectionary dough 11 being fitted into the fixed rail 10 of an aligning means 6, and sent out by a feed bar 8. The confectionary dough 11 is then reversed while passing a reversing shoot 17 and transferred onto second conveyor mechanism 3 so as to be conveyed in the reversed state.</p> |
