<p>PURPOSE:To display the transmitting position of a still picture with a simple constitution by providing a transmission reading part and a position display signal generating part to control so that a video switching part may select the signal of fixed level or so as to be a non-selecting state during a signal period. CONSTITUTION:A video signal from a camera is switched by a video switching part 1, is displayed on a monitor moving picture 2, after that, is converted into a digital signal by an A/D converting part 3 and is written in a memory 4. At transmitting, the signal is read by a transmission reading part 5 and is transmitted to a receiving side. Then, since the video switching part 1 and the monitor of moving picture 2 are not used at transmitting a still picture, a transmitting position is displayed by black line on the screen of the monitor of moving picture 2 by making the switching of the video switching part 1 invalid by a transmitting position display signal from a position display signal generating part 6. Thus, the position transmitted by the still picture can be displayed on the monitor of moving picture without providing a television rate reading part, a D/A converting part and a monitor of still picture.</p> |
