The method is used for the producing of concentrate, applicable as a protein fodder or enrichment agent for standard fodders for animals. It possible to use the excess active precipitate from the urban water-treatment plants and the overhead residues from alcohol production. The method consists of aeration and the simultaneous heating of the compacted excess active precipitate with 98.8 percent humidity up to 39-35 degrees C. At a temperature of 26-28 degrees C, starts the continuous feed of alcohol production residual overhead, the ratio between the latter and the precipitate being 1:1 to 1:2. The suspension obtained in a particular case is hydrolysed with 0.5 to 1.5 percent alkaline protease with activity of 50,000 PE at 48-52 degrees C and pH9 ; then it is pasteurised and dried on a spread-dryer until up to 10 percent humidity of the final product.
